Custom Prototyping
From character sheets to 3D sculpt and hand-finished prototype. Proportion, expression and costume details are rebuilt and signed off before any tooling starts.
Platinum Silicone Bodies
A stainless steel and alloy endoskeleton wrapped in platinum silicone. 30+ articulated joints, no exposed seams, skin-like finish that holds pose after pose.
Mass Production
Tooling, sampling and volume manufacturing under one roof, with in-line quality control on every batch. Monthly capacity: 43,000 units.

Concept & Character Design
Proportion sheets, costume breakdown and accessory list, revised until the character reads right.

3D Modeling & Prototyping
Digital sculpt followed by a physical hand-finished prototype in platinum silicone, alloy and stainless steel. [TBC: lead time]

Tooling & Sampling
Mould development and pre-production samples for your sign-off on paint, colour and joint feel. [TBC: tooling lead time]

Mass Production & QC
